Big Bang Releases Promotional Clip for Music Video Collection 

A promotional clip for Big Bang‘s BEST MUSIC VIDEO COLLECTION 2006~2012 (KOREA EDITION) was revealed today on their official YouTube channel.
Set for release on February 13, the collection will contain all their official music videos as well as the members solo releases. Along with two disks, a booklet and poster are also included.

SHINee to Comeback with New Album on Feb. 19, Releases Key’s Teaser Images

 
It has just been announced that SHINee will be making their comeback on February 19 with their third full album!
Their title track “Dream Girl” is said to be dance track with a bright feeling to it.
Being one of K-Pop’s top boy groups, there is much excitement for their Korean comeback. After releasing their fourth Korean EP “Sherlock” in March of last year, the boys went on to promote in Japan for most of 2012. 
Three teaser images featuring Key were also revealed today. Expect pictures of the rest of the members to be revealed soon.

Jaejoong to Release Repackage Album “Y” on February 26, Will Also Begin Asia Tour


Looks like Jaejoong fans will have icing on their cake in February! the On February 26, JYJ’s Jaejoong will release a repackage album “Y” that will have two new songs. “Y” will be a repackage album of Jaejoong’s first solo mini album “I.”
C-JeS Entertainment stated, “Jaejoong’s first solo mini album received a lot of love in South Korea and overseas. Similar to that amount of love, we believe that “Y” will be an album that will be a good gift for the people who want to see new sides of Jaejoong. The repackaged album will have two more songs including ‘Only Love’ which was dance song shown as a surprise at the Kintex performance. The repackage album will also contain a special picture.”
“Only Love” was written by Jaejoong himself. It is a dubstep trendy dance song. Jaejoong showed this at his Ilsan concert “Your, My and Mine.”
The pre-orders for the repackage album “Y” will begin online and offline starting from February 13. When the repackage album is released, Jaejoong will also start his Asia tour.

G-Dragon, 2NE1 and Lee Hi Will Make Comebacks in March

Awesome news for YG fans! The month of March just got that much brighter!
The news that Big Bang’s G-Dragon, 2NE1 and Lee Hi will make a comeback in March is stirring the music industry abuzz.
All three singers have impacted the K-Pop industry last year. G-Dragon promoted with his group Big Bang and swept the music charts the first half of last year and continued that momentum with his solo album for the latter half. 2NE1’s digital single “I Love You” stayed at the top of the charts for a long time in 2012 while Lee Hi smashed everyone’s expectations by quickly grabbing the top spots on the music charts with her debut track “1,2,3,4” and her follow up “Scarecrow” also had a lot of plays.
So far, Lee Hi has been confirmed to make her comeback on March 1. YG’s CEO Yang Hyun Suk expressed, “I believe that Lee Hi, who has a voice unlike any other in the market, will help spread K-Pop. I believe that this is the job of the producer. We will achieve the results if we do our best to support her studio album.”
Many industry insiders are already fascinated with who will come out on top for the month of March. Many believe that other agencies and production companies are waiting intently for more updates regarding the three singers’ promotion plans

CNBlue’s “Re:BLUE” Special Limited Edition Is Sold Out



CNBlue, recently back on the music scene after 10 months, records another achievement in their list of successes. According to reports in local news agencies, the special limited edition of their fourth mini-album, “Re:BLUE” is sold out.
The “Re:BLUE” special limited edition features individual covers of each of the members Jung Yong Hwa, Lee Jong Hyun, Kang Min Hyuk and Lee Jung Shin, as well as pictures and artwork from each of them. Each member participated in the design of his own edition.
Further reports said the special limited edition is doing well in the domestic sales charts, with the regular edition following closely behind on second place. According to a statement from CNBlue’s management agency, FNC Entertainment, “The record is doing well in the domestic charts and overseas, particularly in Japan. We have received news that it is currently out-of-stock and we are flooded with inquiries for reorders.”
CNBlue has already marked a milestone with the release of “Re:BLUE” in mid-January as it featured leader Jung Yong Hwa’s self-composed “I’m Sorry” as title track. The song, which speaks of a break-up and a love gone awry, has found a following among fans waiting for the chance to hear the band’s own compositions as promotional singles. The entire album is also made up of tracks that are all written by the band.
In addition to the release of the “Re:BLUE” special limited editions, the regular editions of the album will also debut in Taiwan on February 20 and in the Philippines on February 23.

Seo In Gook’s “I Can’t Live Because of You” Climbs to the Top of the Charts 

Singer-actor Seo In Gook‘s latest song achieves first place on music charts.
After the release of his new song “I Can’t Live Because of You” on February 4, it became the top rated song on various online music charts such as Cyworld, Soribada and Bugs Music.
The song, “I Can’t Live Because of You,” is the title song of Hwang Sae Jun‘s single project “Y.BIRD from Jellyfish Island.” Hwang Sae Jun is one of the top composers and is also Jelly Fish Entertainment’s representative. The title song featured rap by Verbal Jint and vocals by Seo In Gook, which garnered a lot of attention from fans even before it was released.

ZE:A’s Sub-Unit “ZE:A5” to Release Japanese Album

Star Empire Entertainment revealed that ZE:A will create a sub-unit named “ZE:A5” consisting of five members (Dong Jun, Siwan, Kevin, Hyungsik and Minwoo)
The sub-unit will release a Japanese album “The Classic” on February 7 and will immediately start its promotional activities. There will be three different editions and each will contain a few unique goodies. It’s been revealed that the other members will rest and possibly make special appearances on television programs.
Meanwhile, the group will hold a special mini-concert and hug event to commemorate the release of the group’s album. The event will take place on February 9.

CNBlue’s “I’m Sorry” MV Is Seen in 191 Countries Worldwide


Four-man pop-rock band CNBlue has successfully captured the attention of the world. Reports in local news agencies quoted a statement from CNBlue’s management agency, FNC Entertainment saying, CNBlue’s “I’m Sorry” music video, uploaded on the band’s official YouTube channel, is seen in 191 countries all over the world, including those in Europe, North Africa, Latin America, Australia and the Caribbean.
CNBlue shot the “I’m Sorry” music video in the United Kingdom after the band held a concert there in 2012. The performance cuts were shot on the rooftop of a building in London, reminiscent of the last concert performance of the legendary Beatles in 1969.
Prior to this achievement, CNBlue’s latest release, “Re:BLUE,” of which “I’m Sorry” is the title track, has made it to the top spot of the US Billboard World Albums Chart. Guitarists and vocalists Jung Yong Hwa and Lee Jong Hyun, drummer Kang Min Hyuk and bassist Lee Jung Shin are also gearing up for a world tour with stops across Asia, Europe, North and South America
